How we work
We like to start with a personal understanding of our clients’ requirements, enabling us to search for and assess properties with their needs and preferences clearly in mind. This can be achieved by a combination of email, phone and meeting face-to-face. We preview all properties that reasonably fall within our clients’ brief and we constantly keep our clients updated on the properties that we have come across so that we can acquire as much feedback as possible and remain extremely focused in our search. We drive and accompany our clients to view all properties that interest them, at a time to suit them, even if it is during the evening or over a weekend. When our clients find the property they have been looking for, we professionally negotiate terms, finding out all information that affects the property and using that information to the benefit of our clients.
We oversee the transaction through to exchange and completion taking whatever measures are necessary to avoid any legal problems and carrying out whatever is necessary to speed up the buying process. We even arrange solicitors, structural engineers, decorators, removal firms and financial advisors. We won’t promise you any bargain prices to lure you into the shop. However we can promise you professional service and independent advice without any pressure to buy. We believe that you should only buy a property once the entire market has been covered. That way you can be sure the chosen property is the best that can be achieved for the price and given brief.
